Well, I got a message from Hennessy about the big Oct sale, and got the price list. I could not resist. $169 for a Deep Jungle, with dbl bottom, zipper, fly and rigging. Plus, I got an expedition with no netting, but with fly and rigging for an additional $25, and two sets of snake skins for $10 a piece.
Now I will have the chance to do some DIY on a zippered net for the Exp., and maybe a ripstop cover as well. Might even attempt a cat cut tarp, cuz I'm sure the ones they send will be too small for my liking. The hex tarp they offer hasn't reached out to me yet. I'm thinking of adding a WB Super as well.
Since HH is in Canada, which I didn't know, I'll have my hammock pretty quick. They come from Galiano Island (via China I suppose), so really, they should be called HHH. (Hennessy Hippie Hammocks.)
