We don't have bears in this area. I have been looking for the "Jumping Jacks" . A few old timers and several Preachers around here swear they roam these woods. I will believe it when I see it...lol...and I been hunting, camping, fishing and hiking these woods all my life.

Superb photos. Love that river rock bed. And sure enough, some poophead left a green Sprite bottle there in the rocks. Man's battle with nature.

Wow, three day solo trip. You and Shug and Grizz. Sweetness.

    Yep,
I didnt see the UGLY GREEN BOTTLE until I got home and went through the pics. It really upsets me to see GARBAGE laying around such beautiful territory. I work in a state park and my coworkers and I are constantly picking up trash left by some irresponsible poophead. It amazes me that people can be so lazy that they cant wait and put it in the proper place.

Thanks for taking us along. Nice campsite. Great pics. Your food looks killer. That 4x turns deep woods camping into car camping for sure. Looks like you had a full kitchen out there

Even in the wilderness you got to hear my BAMA boys get whooped by South Carolina! I guess you can't get away from a spanking like that anywhere !
