An under quilt would pose a challenge, methinks.

Get a double. The triple is not necessary IMO and makes for too much floppy material on the sides.

I heard they're gonna switch out the slapstraps for bungee cords because they aren't as stretchy.
    haha
    .
So many trees, so little time...
We follow where the Swamp Fox guides,
    His friends and merry men are we;
And when the troop of Tarleton rides,
We burrow in the cypress tree.
The turfy hammock is our bed,
Our home is in the red deer's den,
    Our roof, the tree-top overhead,
For we are wild and hunted men.

I agree. I have a double because I originally planned to snuggle in it with the GF. When I sleep in it by myself the sides are very floppy and slightly annoying.

The idea of floppy sides doesn't seem so bad since I like to wrap my self up in the extra fabric, almost using it as a sheet. That seem running down the middle & the issues with an underquilt not fitting though. Those are defiantly the kind of info I was looking for, thanks guys. **** you got to love this place.

I love the lay of the DN. If I put a lot of sag in it, I get about as flat a lay as my WBBBs. When I lay in it straight, I can fold the material over and get some shade for my skin from the bugs & the sun.

I have the hammock bliss triple and there is no seam down the middle. There are two seams conecting the middle section of fabric to the fabric on the outside to give it 8 feet of width.

I have set up my KAQ New river on the hammock with out any problems only that the UQ does not cover the entire hammock.

I normally only take it back packing if i know that there are going to be lots of people there. Because 5 people can lounge and sleep in this hammock comfortably.

Onother cool thing is that because its so wide you can move the ends of the hammock completely together and sleep in a horizontal position across the hammock. This alows for a variety of interesting hammocking options.
