I knew I was going to miss a good one! And missing out on seeing some (quite a few) folks again and no doubt meeting some nice folks. Plus, of course, hanging. I could have come most any day(S) next week! Oh well, that's how it goes! Glad y'all had a good time!

Hey BigBama, didn't we get that cold on the 1st Sipsey hang, when it snowed? Probably pretty close, anyway!

I hated to miss breakfast at David Crockett park! But it sounds like there was so much food that, after adding a huge breakfast I would have exploded. Sorry I missed seeing all of you guys! ( You and I have been on two Sipsey hangs together, but I have not managed to be at MLP at the same time as you.)

Sunday morning everyone enjoyed left over sausage, monkey bread and some of Lazyboy's wifes fabulous Sourdough bread. If she is not considering marketing this product would she please send me a loaf and possibly the recipe???????? After all of this we got packed up and prepared our day ahead of moving Mandydawn's storage items from Hohenwald to Gadsden where she now lives with me!!!!!!

One un-invited guest was found at the hang this time while we were there................Suzie did manage to find a Black Widow under her sleeping bag in the tent she and Ewker were sharing.

To all of the ham-hockers who were there this weekend..........Thank You for wonderful weekend and We hope to see you all again in the Spring or sooner on the trail.

Pictures to post tomorrow, we are trying to relax from all of the moving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can't wait to tell her that her new name is ham-hockers
Suzie did lay in a few hammocks and is willing to give them a try. She liked bigbamaguy's Clark hammock better than the Blackbird I had hanging up.

we aren't sure how that Black Widow got in the tent but once the word was out everyone started checking their hammock just to be safe. I did notice a sign that black widows and Brown recluse spiders were in that area..really nice to know

glad you got everything moved to ya'lls new home It is such a good feeling isn't it

lazyboy, thanks for the biners. I forgot the correct name for them.

It was great seeing everyone again and the new folks who showed up. We had a great time and look forward to the next one.
I will try and get some pics posted within the next few days.
