    Hello from Arkansas

Hi, I've been reading posts and watching members' videos for quite some time and finally decided to join. I've slept in a Hennessy Deluxe on a couple of solo hikes in the Ouachita National Forest and don't have any plans on 'going to ground' anytime soon.

I am also new to this forum. Been hammock camping for a couple years. I am down here in Shreveport (NW Louisiana) and also hike a bit in the Ouachita National Forest.

    Hey Bubba,
I'm hanging in northwest Arkansas. I'm planning on hiking the Ozark Highlands trail in the Spring.

My daughter and husband live in Ft Smith. They just bought a house and when I saw there were trees suitable for hanging hammocks in their front yard I told them I approved of the house.

The wife and I will be visiting them in March to conduct a hammock hanging quailty control check and give them a hammock as a house warming present.
