    BMBH & Snugfit Universal

I expect there's a few of you guys using this setup, how exactly do you hang the Snugfit to the bridge ?

I'm keeping the existing tape on (for the time being anyway ) and using a couple of descender rings for adjustability, where do you hang the SF SC from and do you need any more hardware ?

I've got all the bits laid out but still not figured out how to do it with good tension.

Snugfit has been adapted to a bridge by one individual that posted two years back...FWIW, the shaping of the Snugfit is counter to the linear layout and flatness of the BMBH, not a good UQ selection for that hammock IMHO.... YMMV.

Yeah .... that may be a tricky one Shewie. I got a GrizzBridge and have seen a SF .... it is narrow on the ends if I recall.
Maybe fold it if half and try some 1/2 UQ rig........

No problem using a SnugFit on a BMBH. I did it a year or so ago.

    Thanks Alan

How did you attach the SF to the bridge ? Did you take the Sc to the middle ring somehow ?

If memory serves, and it usually doesn't, I did indeed attach each end of the SF to the middle rings. I then used some stretchy bungie line at the head end and foot end, tied to a loop on one side, stretched it over the BMBH, ran the bungie through a loop or two on the other side, and then back over to help snug up the fit.

That's probably clear as mud, huh?

Well I've just been having a play with the pair of them and I have to say I think they were made for each other.

I've done nothing more than loop the outer SC onto the ends of the poles and taken the centre SC up to the third ring, job done
It hangs just about perfect empty and when I sit in it the SF just snuggles up nicely.

I'm away next weekend so I'll get some pics
