Thanks Veto, I'm pretty sure it was just 30 sec, I don't think I went into "bulb" mode, I just set it to max length w/o getting out the cable release.

It takes several try's because its hard to tell when you've got too much light in one spot and not enough in another while you're doing it.
    Good luck,

This is my current avatar. It's a photo of my middle daughter and I on the summit of Mt. Phillips on June 25, 2008 during our 2nd Philmont trek together. If you look really close, you can see her French manicure. She did all of the activites - spar pole climbing, black powder shooting, blacksmithing, rock climbing... list goes on - and never lost or broke a nail. The female staffers were envious.

"While it may be a lot of work, the view is best from the summit." ~ an anonymous staff member of Philmont Scout Ranch

You need to grow two of those so you can hang a mini-hammock between them!

There was a 84" base and it was a challenge to set up. However, I was a mere 50 yards from safety in the event I needed to bail out.

I'd post a larger version of mine but I'm pretty sure you already know what it looks like...

That's an incredible shot. What is the elevation where you were sitting?

17,500ft I think, the altitude was quite tough, everything just gets you out of breath.
