What to do with 1/8th titanium?

I ordered a 12x12x1/8th plate of titanium to make some UL Dutch clips and Dutch Biners out of. It is more of an experiment really as I don't know if my waterjet cutter can cut TI. Anyhow does anyone have any ideas as to what else I can make out of it. The stuff is really expensive and the smaller the item the better.

i was thinking about a modified dutch clip the other day that could also be used with a tree huger as a belt. It would be a dutch clip on one half and the other half would have a slot for the webbing to go through that is load bearing (for hanging) and then a slot for the webbing to go back through to adjust it when in belt mode (like a tri glide) The second slot wouldn't need to be load bearing as it would only be for belt mode. I was actually thinking about contacting you about these as they would fit perfectly into some of the gear we are working on.

Is it too small to make some custom toggles?

Here is a rough idea of what i mean. I'm sure you want to change the shape to line the webbing up when under force as my way would force it to twist off. I am thinking belt buckle that is sometimes hung on as you couldn't use it in camp when you hammock was up. I want to use it with my new wearable quilts so instead of shock cord belts you can use a webbing belt which you already have and is easier to manage (at least in theory)

I had the exact same idea back in the summer but never got around to suggesting it. It would be very handy IMO. Good luck with it.

A custom pot stand, for your alky stove? There are a variety of styles that could work in 1/8" Ti.

Titanium knuckles, for dealing with pesky critters in the woods. You could do a couple layers and bond them for better thickness.

Make yourself a knife ala the Becker Necker or ESEE Izula. Again, 1/8" is probably too thin for comfort, so you might need a couple layers in places. I don't know if titanium will hold an edge, either...
