    Howdy Neighbor!

this message is coming from a very warm spot in Southern/Central Michigan, but since I can't tell where you are actually located in Michigan I am unable to discern wheter you are a Troll (lives under the bridge-Lower Peninsula), or a boy from Upstairs (lives above the bridge in the UP (Upper Peninsula)).

But any who.....welcome aboard to HF...strap in, hold on tight, and enjoy the ride!

    Welcome from another Michiganian.
Revolution is about the need to re-evolve political, economic and social justice and power back into the hands of the people, preferably through legislation and policies that make human sense. That's what revolution is about. Revolution is not about shootouts.

Welcome! What part of the State are you in? I'm usually in the state of confusion or irritation...

you will notice that Canoebie prefers to call himself as a "Michiganian", but I prefer to call myself a "Michigander".

Which is proper? Michiganian sounds less common, but Michigander sounds like someone who is looking at the State...

And that my dear friends is a very good question.

Rickxx...your first task is.....to determine what is the proper title for a person who hails from Michigan.

BTW-Remember not to hurt Canoebie's feeling too badly. let the olde' boy down gently if you please.

Michiganian is the more PC, as Michigander was decided to be sexist, apparently (according to my MI History teacher way back in high school).

Anyway, welcome rick. Lots of great info on here, and several of us Michiganders hanging around.
