    Welcome from a former Texas/World Stage-Hand. I've spent many a night in a
net hammock in an attempt to get some decent sleep or a wee bit of solitude before I found this forum/community/family. Being a fellow with a somewhat satisfied mind, I do on occasion, think back and visualize Myself in the Hammock configuration which I currently enjoy and lament, if only......

Welcome Maestrobranson and mwig50. Hammock Forums is a great place to learn and "hang".

There is a growing community of great folks in Texas, (Ok, Ark, and La too) that sometimes find ways to hang together so keep your eyes open for various group hangs. They are excellent places to learn and a lot of fun. We have one big one each year in November (planning usually starts on a 100 degree July or August day) and folks frequently post others throughout the year.

Look forward to seeing you in the trees sometime.
