    Nice pics. Like the beard and the book part. Trees look like Bonsai for a reason. Sounds like having a weather shield at the coast would be a good idea. Last time i was in that area the fof was so thick you couldn't see anything,,,,Ruby beach

    Shug.....hammock sock sounds like a good idea. Would have been useful in this situation.
    The other thing i've been thinking is stiffer shock cord to hold the doors in place in really strong winds. Or...perhaps a new Superfly with sewn in doors.

    An observation. The spreader bars on the BMBH seem to help spread the tarp out and preventing it from hitting the hammock body. Could serve useful if there's lots of condensation on the inside of the tarp....perhaps.
