    JRB 8x8 tarp

Just wanted to let everyone know I ordered the 8x8 tarp from JRB and explained to them that I really suck at seam sealing ( too little or too much). I asked if they would seal it if I paid them. All they asked was for me to buy a tube of seam sealer. The tarp arrived yesterday and I couldn't be happier!!
Great guys and great company !!!

Awesome - that's the tarp I've been taking when I go solo. Plenty of room and lightweight.

Hey Jack - y'all gonna start making stuff from Cuben or anything in the new year?

    JJ, et al,

We asked "The Donald", and he passed on a cuben tarp.....Guess they are just too pricey for all but few.

Seriously, for 2008, JRB's fifth year, we are focused on continuing the great delivery service on our full line of down quilts/under quilts.... The Rocky Mountain Sniveller is actually from our 2008 line....It was just introduced early to coincide with Francis Tapon's completion of his, first ever, CDT YOYO, where he used the prototype of the RMS...There is yet again one more new quilt for 2008 to be introduced in August.... The JRB Anniversary Special...no details for now,

As to other new gear... the the production run of the JRB Bear Mountain Bridge Hammock is expected shortly... Likewise, the JRB 11x10 Cat Tarp, in two super colors (moss green and cattail brown), will soon complete production run and be in stock....The two new JRB Hammock Tents, and a new JRB Weather Shield (Type II), are ready for Trial Run production and should be in production soon after the earlier mentioned items ( And, if HC4U and NCP ask again, they go to the bottom of the list )

And to answer the obvious new item question, yes, there will be larger model of the JRB BMBH....However, don't expect, it before the late fall.

Yep, we haven't been completely banned from buying one... yet.
