Wondering about a second hammock to hold my UB?

I've never hung out in cold weather and am pondering the possibilities. I have a second hammock (TTTM) that I am wondering about hanging under my HH and putting my blanket in between somehow. I have to imagine someone has tried this. Good/Bad idea?

I imagine it would be very hard to get it set right. Too far below, and you'll have cold air pockets. To close might not be so bad, except if you move around in your hammock. then you'll have to reach down and adjust everything again.

My first thoughts are this would be a royal PiTA to attempt. I'd have to try it, or watch someone try it, to confirm this.
