    JRB 8x8 Storm Pitch

I've got a JRB 8x8 tarp, but have been lucky not to have had to use it in any really heavy weather. What's the best pitch for the tarp when it's really rainy, blowing, and just nasty? Tie it down almost vertically and tie the ends together, taco-style? Allow for some ventilation and just get a little wet? BTW: for use w/HH BULA and JRB N'Sniveler UQ. All assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    JRB 8x8 Storm Pitch

Our recommendation is to stake down both side tie-outs as close to the hammock as you can. Then tie the two mid-side tie outs on each end together effectively closing the ends.

You da man, Smee! That's what I kinda thought. Even with the tight rig, is there much "spray" that gets in the ends?
