    Hangin in Wisco

    Hey All,

I sorta stumbled into a hammock by chance last spring... I was on a trip and I saw an ENO doublenest hanging outside a sports store. I had just been kayaking all day and when I laid into it, I just about fell asleep instantly. I bought it without hesitation, and I've hung that thing all over Southeastern Wisconsin in every location imaginable.

I am now hoping to get into hammock camping. I am researching these things now, but I am so far leaning towards the Clark Jungle Hammock NX-250. There are many options though, so I'm still trying to narrow it down. I see this as a potentially phenomenal way to camp.

Here are a few images I have from a kayaking trip last summer. There was a severe flood, and when I kayaked in the Rox River the water level was so high that it was flooding the surrounding forests in spots. I kayaked right up to a funky sideways tree, climbed up, and strung up the hammock right above the river...

    Enjoy!

Great pics! You even have the trippy hippy water there. Welcome to HF!
