An afternoon hang during a Wisconsin March...

    Hey there,

This is a nice little scenic overlook in Nashotah Park, about 5 minutes from my house in Hartland, WI. It's not a big park, but my plans for making the half hour trek to Kettle Moraine today fell through, so I got my taste of nature for the day from a more convenient location.

My ENO doublenest with slapstraps, a hot cup of coffee from my 1 QT Stanley thermos, and some nature viewing with my Leupold Binoculars from the hammock. It was a fantastic afternoon.

One day, when I upgrade my hammock and gear so I can do some cold weather overnights, I will be a happy camper...

Your woods look a lot like mine. No sign of Spring yet. Enjoyed the picts.
