Emailing and Pm'ng Brian no response

Probably busy making tarps. Quite an operation he has there. I was fortunate to get the chance to see it with my own eyes.

Either that, or busy with school stuff.

I got an e-mail from him recently regarding an order and he is crazy busy right now with school on top of OES. I have not heard back from him regarding an order I placed but I'll wait a while longer before attempting to contact him since it is not urgent. Hope you get through to him.

I have spoken to him through email (replied once in about 10 sent) as well as have spoken to him on the phone (left messages as well) but did not hear back from him via phone, just the email! He said to me that right now he is swamped/over loaded with school (trying to get things finished for this semester), and then trying to handle the order issues with the bad batch of spinn he got in, and trying to make/fill orders, he hasn't had a whole lot of time to respond to customers emails/calls! He was very apologetic to me, as I am sure to the others that he has gotten back too, from what I gather it is real crazy for him right now!

he did post not too long ago if you look that with school and keeping up with orders he would be crazy busy...he has lots of test coming up from what i remember....give him time to get back to you befor sending the poor guy a crap load of e-mails LOL

this happens around certain times of the year...right around th beginning middle and end of the school year ....like clockwork

don't forget he is a one man Operation .....

Yeah happened to me last year, and my wife goes through the same thing with her schooling. Remember, patients is a virtue - even though your fingernails are now stubs...

I realize he is busy so no disrespect meant Just a response would be courteous. I know other cottage industries check there emails once a day .

I felt the same way as you when I was waiting for a responce. I know others have expressed this topic in the past, on older threads, and some don't mind the lack of a responce, and some hate it, but in the end I don't know think anyone can really consol the anxiety. I will say his gear is top quality though!
