Amsteel on sale at West Marine

I got an email from West Marine about a sale. The 7/64th Amsteel in Red, Green, or Black is 22 cents per foot.

If you have a store near you they will ship it there for free. I have done this in the past and it takes about a week to get your stuff.

If you don't have a store close, Redden Marine is a penny cheaper before using the discount code "Hammockforum".

i just went to the store's site and saw no metion of amsteel...do you have to go to the store to take advantage of the price/delivery- or is there a way to do it from the home office? i have to order a few lifeline swage fittings as well, this would help me with time management.

I noticed that last night. I'm stopping on the way home. It's a tough decision actually. Stop for Amsteel or buy more Heineken.

THANKS! Just placed an order for some 3/16ths black. My first Amsteel. Does this make me a real hammock hanger now? Or just a trendy one? LOL

The "hammockforum" discount code saved me 3 cents on each foot (which got it down to 65 cents per foot) and the US Priority Mail shipping (cheapest available) was $5.95.
