    Happened to me as well. I found I had too much sag in the hammock, and I put a pillow under my knees so the weight of my lower body wasn't resting on my heels. Otherwise I would get intense hot spots. This helped me alot. With practice, I've gotten to where I rarely need the pillow anymore.

    I had this problem as well. Try lengthening your ridge line.
