Welcome to the froum, from another Michigander! Tons of info here, becareful of information overload.

First thing I did after my first hang with a HH, is switch out the suspension to rings and webbing, then I got a new tarp, then to AHE Chain Link and webbing, then to a WBBB.....Now the HH is a loner to my camping buddies that want to try hanging.
Its a proven fact that 78.4% of all statstics are made up on the spot.

Hi there! I'm new to the hanging world too. I'm from the flint Lansing area but live in the Upper Peninsula in Marquette. Beautiful woods up there for hanging around. I can't wait to head north for the Fall!

Wow look at all the michigan hangers, how cool is this. I'm gonna have to show up for the first hang for sure, **** that would be cool to have that many hammocks in one spot.
