    I just looked again at Clark pricing and weight for their most basic model. Take a retail credit for the included fly, and price and weight compare with the competition, considering Clark minimums: entry on both sides, US mfg, good sewing, and mosquito-proof bottom. (Even if "Ultralight is a misnomer.)

    Extra features and new models? Well, you'll pay (dearly) for them.
