is it better to have a sleeping bag that is fully feeled or one sided

what i am wondering about, if you have a Big Agnes its only filled on the top and you air pad fits in the other side to keep you worm and it does not move, or is it better to have a sleeping bag that has filling all the way around such as a Marmot Helium for say, a pad under you, what do you guys think......

Sorry if that was so confusing.....rolled out of hammock....ha ha ...

Id go with the one side sleeping bag because the compressed insulation doesn't serve as good insulation.

i have the big agnes system and it works well for hammock camping, if you have a double layer hammock you can put the pad (partially inflated) between the layers and use the ba bag as a top quilt, this will keep the pad and bag from bunching up under you , which would defeat the purpose of sleeping in a hammock
