Turned 40 last summer. Instead of mellowing out I decided to get healthier. Welcome SwampFoot. What's the story behind your new name?

heh... 40 is so far in the rear view mirror I can't even make it out any more. Was I ever that young?
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

The story goes..LOL! I am a swamp addict...the reason mostly is most swamps are the last untouched areas...and most times you go through a little hell and find spots that look like heaven....I was teaching a class one day and was warning my students against trench foot...one of my other instructors said Chris doesnt get trench foot...he gets swamp foot....poof! new nick name...lol....I hated it at first but it grew on me....and now my name tapes even have it on them...lol.

as far as kids go..SHEEW! I love mine....but they have beat me into submission....I dont think its right to have silver showing up at 40...is it ?

I feel like a kid again...dont get me wrong I believe in what I have done and would do it again...but you cant live your entire life wrapped up in it....I have dispensed with the aggressive stuff and have taken a more mellow approach to helping people and finally get to do what I love the most...be in the woods...swinging between two trees..or spending time with my family...two of my greatest loves....I look forward to spending some time with my new family...(HF) great bunch of folks on here....exactly the folks I want to be around....happy and smiling! sounds good to me.
