Ok, just a quick update. After several emails between Hennessy and myself, Hennessy insisted they couldn't do anything about the shipping costs. However, they agreed to drop $20 from the purchase price to make the deal sweeter. I ordered, and my Hennessy Hyperlight arrived during the week!
Think I'll give Bongous a try next time...

agreed, HH do provide good service. A few years back I had my silny diamond tarp rip, they sent me out a replacement hex fly by accident. When I told them about it, they said "keep the hex and we'll send a diamond too".
