    Hammock Hike NY for Charity

    Hey guys/gals,

    OK I believe I am closing in on a date for the new launch date of my H3 Initiative: Hammock Hiking for Humanity hike.

    Looks like the Launch Date is Saturday June 25th at Bear Mountain 8am.

    Got a couple of interests in joining me. Which is perfectly fine company is welcomed.

    I plan on completing this hike in about 4-5 days so I'll be pushing about 8-16 mile days depending on shelter location, weather, and how I'm feeling.

    Anyone who joins me will have to find your own transportation to the spot and find a way home. I'm getting dropped off and taking the train back home.

    I raised $1,465.00 for strength for life which almost $300 goes to the Appalachian Trail Conservency.

    Thanks to those who contributed and as always will have video of the trip, and I am contemplating having a direct link to show my progress each day using my SPOT communicator.

    However, due to the unfortunate events that occurred with "Nature Boy" on the AT (look at whiteblaze.net) I will give you a warning... I sleep with my knife and have no problems disposing of bodies in the woods. Dont come randomly knocking on my tarp when I'm nestled in during the middle of the night... You will be considered a threat and dealt with accordingly.

    Other than that.... nothing but love for ya!!!

    Just got word that my grandmother is really ill in Tennessee and has been hospitalized. Hike may be postponed depending on if she gets any worse.
