My HH is ready for it's maiden voyage.

Thanks for everyone's help It will be my first time hangin this weekend. With all your help I converted to the marlin spike hitch and whoopie slings...whoopie! Made a pad extender (6 wings) Snakeskins for the hammock and a small bishop bag for the stock tarp. Took me a couple of weekends and the best thing is that I made it all by myself. Of course, I didn't sew, I made gear!

Nicely done! I took my HH for its maiden voyage last weekend.

Me too - last night. Hope it goes well and your pad stays in place better than mine I'd be interested to see what your pad extender looks like if you've got a pic.

That's nice I thought about making a spe , but haven't had the need yet... But really haven't gone below the mid 50's with my pad.... But I'lll be in WA next week, and should be hanging two day, it will be a good test...
