Thumb's up to Hyperlite Mountain Gear's customer service

So on my last outing with the HMG cuben hammock tarp it rained pretty hard and noticed I had a leak. Found a hole about 8" from the ridgeline. Looks like an ember from the fire landed on my tarp. The hole was about 1/8" and round.

On my return from this trip I contacted Dave @ Hyperlite Mountain Gear an explained my problem and asked if HMG offered a patch kit. He said they did and would get one out to me asap. I asked what the charge would be and he said no charge. Not even for postage.

3 day later I receive 2 silver dollar sized cuben material patches with a peel and stick backing. Took all of 5 minutes to make the repair.

    Thanks Dave.
