    Hello from Arkansas!

New to hanging - I've only been twice, but it's the only way to go! Can't wait for a little cooler weather to go again. I'd be interested in some group hangs with like-minded folks.

Welcome! I think there is a group getting together in a couple of weekends up at Mt. Magazine. Check the trip planning forum. I'll be in Arkansas last weekend of Sept doing some backpacking. Lovely state.

Hello and welcome to the forum, i'm n cabot, your the second from Ar today to introduce yourself, as you've read a few of us are getting together, and be like we're in a sweat lodge, on the Aug 13th @ Mt Magazine, actually cove lake, which is on north approach to park, come join us, Old Gringo will perhaps hold an all-day seminar on how to use your thumb and fore finger to find the 30* angle needed to hang your hammock, as only he can. Look forward to meeting you if you can attend.
