Chalk Another One Up for Arkansas - Hi All

Howdy. Central Arkansan here. I came over from r/hammocks. They're great, but there's a wealth more knowledge here. I've hung my ENO DN a few times at home, but I've yet to hit the woods yet. I'm thinking I want to upgrade my suspension before I do that, as I bought Slap Straps before I knew better.

I'll also be dragging the girlfriend into hanging, though I bet she'll really like it and it won't be arduous at all.

That's all from me for now.

Welcome from MN. I too started with the ENO and slapstraps. You have to start somewhere and it is pretty easy to upgrade the suspension.

welcome to HF, we're having a mini hang @ mt magazine state park, actually cove lake, which is on the north side approach to Mt Magazine, you should go on over and meet a few folks from Ar, Tx, and OK, friday and sat night. I'm in Cabot, but we have several new members from Ar. You'll love all the good people and info on this forum

I had read that on the other new folk intro thread. Sadly, I've some things to take care of this weekend so I couldn't make it out. I did sleep in my hammock at home though. >_>
