    for me... normally chair high.
    except in hog or gator country.. than I go a tad higher. thats just me though.

    Do a quick of the forum for "Hammock Hang Calculator" by Dejoha. Its a great little web page that will help get you close to the perfect hang. It also will run on a lot of mobile devices as well as your home computer.

    I think you get a better breeze sometimes,,if you hang as high as you can get!

    Over 50 ft - Jet pack. Not quite ultralight, but it has many benefits.
