.... the Aardvark (earth pig)... a rather unremarkable creature whose sole claim to fame is that it is the first animal listed in the dictionary.

I just ordered two. These are for my boys and I don't think a little extra weight will matter, since they are not for long backpacking trips.

Mad I love mine, but weigh too heavy for you. Over 30 oz. BTW does anyone know why the tie outs are placed so asymetrical?

I have one. Love it. It's not too heavy for backpacking. Took one to the Shining Rock WIlderness (12 miler) and I'm overweight and 50 years old and thought it was light enough. It also kept me perfectly dry during a couple of wickedly hard downpours (thought we'd need to gather animals and build and ark)

Love mine! Not real crazy about the sand color but it was dirt cheap.

I have the 12x9 in green for the hammock, and a 9x9 in sand as a kitchen tarp.
Have to say I prefer the sand, it's so much brighter under there than the green.

Don't know why the darn grommets are offset.

    Great tarps for the buck.
