    mini lights

Ran across these in Joann's today. Just a heads up, got a pair and will try. Reasonably bright with hook for ridgelinehttp://www.aqua-gems.com/category.php?c=3

Weight is .3 oz or 9 g, that is with batteries. It uses 2, 2032's and they claim '100's of hours'

As a flashaholic I'm not really impressed. Thats cause I'm a flashlight geek, and kinda picky when it comes to getting the best deal on cheap lights.

Here is a similar product at about 25% the cost, although delivery times are
unpredictable. They also sell them in 50 packs & singles. And, it's a good place to get those outrageously priced button cells for a decent price. (lower capacity though)

Hope I didn't hijack your thread.

BTW: 100s of hours is a serious over statement. Maybe more like 5 hours of useable light if "direct drive" and potentially up to 20 hours if PWM regulated. Those 2032 cells only have about 200mah.

These are all very interesting! I like JUST enough light to find my stuff. I don't need to read in the hammock after dark. And I like the ultra-lite weight!

AaronAlso, your link won't work for me. I'd be interested in the product of which you speak... .
