    Identifying fabric weight.

I'm looking to make some hammocks, double layered (reversible camo/ blaze-orange), for the members of my hunting party, but I'm finding the material I want labeled 240gr for weight. What does that mean?

That's 240 grams per square meter or about 7 oz per square yard. Good for making a bomb shelter!

Well, maybe if you were to lose a fight with the Dread Pirate Roberts...

No, I don't think it needs to be double-layered. What kind of fabric are you looking for? There're a multitude of online retailers that sell just about any kind you can think of.
