The Thermarest Lite sit pad is one of my favorite pieces of gear on the trail...for use in and out of my hammock. The sit pad is also fantastic as a cheap seat upgrade when you are flying economy. I place the pad in my seat, lightly inflated, and it makes a world of difference...especially on looooooong international flights. I always get a lot of, "Why didn't I think of that?" looks from fellow flight passengers.

I use mine at football games, too. Makes a world of difference when faced with aluminum bleachers and sub 40F temps.
