stupid question about straps

I'm looking to get these

but I dunno if it is just 1 strap (for one side), or 2 (to set up both sides).

I don't know but $14 is pretty expensive for one 6' tree strap. Try Arrowhead, $.50 per foot of strap. You can get two 7' straps for the same price as the one on the Hennessy site.

EDIT: or check out DIY Gear Supply. $.40 per foot (but they won't come sewed). You'll either have to sew loops in yourself or do what I do and tie a figure-8 loop at one end and sling it around the tree.

The picture on the HH site shows two straps. I'd wager dollars to donuts the $15 gets you two straps.

Whether you do this or get straps from someone else is a different question, but one informed by knowing what you'd get from HH.

That's for two straps, not including S&H. I 'upgraded' to the longer straps when I ordered my HHED and hex tarp.
