Just bought my second one. Man this hammock sickness has got to be cured.
I miss my 4.8Lb base weight as a ground dweller...But I sure DON'T MISS the ground.

Thanks all! I noticed the Amazon UK store is out of stock. Anyone know how to get a copy to the UK?

I downloaded it Sunday and read it all in one day. It is totally up there with Shug's videos as something all newbies need to read!!

Just gotta say, growing up in Phoenix, Walnut Canyon was a favorite hiking place of mine too, but now I have to go back and try it with the hammock!

All you hangers need to pick up a copy of Dejoha's book. It is absolutely the most complete book about hammocks and their usage out there. It's an easy read and I think all of us will learn something...I know I did.

Thanks Sunshine! The end of Walnut Canyon at Fisher Point is a spectacular place to hang a hammock. If you're ever in the neighborhood, send me a PM and I'll take you out there. Cool views.

Thanks SmokeBait! Even with everything crammed into it, there's still more I had to leave out as my deadlines approached. In time, as different products mature or evolve, I'll update the book with a new version to keep it up-to-date and fresh.

Just ordered my copy, thanks Dejoha. I got it with Ed Speer's book too, so now I'll have the Old Testament and the New Testament!
Those who expect disappointment are never disappointed.
