Pattern for a 10'10"ridgeline&'8.5" widest point hex/cat-cut tarp

I have 5 3/4 yards of gore-tex fabric and need another 4 yards of material to complete my project. I have purchased "the ultimate hang" by derek hansen...although it does not go into visual basic technical detail about the particular tarp that I want. It would be greatly appreaciated if someone could throw me a bone....HELP!!! I would like to have a hybrid-tarp(half-gore-tex/half cuben fiber)...my goal is to obtain the satisfaction of making it myself....without widespread panic of indecision.

    Thank-you

Why half gore-tex and half cuben? I am curious about your design goals.

you can get a good pattern by thumbtacking the two end points on a wall...and run a string between the two. allow the strin to droop to 8.5" below the two thumbtacks and at the halfway mark between the two. that'll be your cat shape. i got this method from others on this forum
