    Iowa Day Hike

    Hi All,

I took a little hike today around the Macbride Nature Recreation Area in northeast Iowa. I made time for a little hammock loitering and some lunch. This is my first video on HF, so hope you enjoy!

That was great! I was sitting here watching with my mouth open and in deep concentration. I think I saw a squirrel to the right of the dear very exiting! Like you kind of said, its sad to see such supreme birds locked up in a cage. Thanks for showing me Macbride!

Thanks for the comments, guys. Funny thing is I didn't expect to see deer at the bird blind. I shot about 5 minutes of video, got up to leave, and noticed my memory card was indicating corruption. I dashed back to the Jeep for another card, stopped back at the blind, and two more deer showed up. Must be their morning break area. ;>)

That was an outstanding first vid for us on HF. Well done all around: the descriptions as you go, the wildlife, the hawks, the deer... Can I assume that having too many cameras is like all of us on HF saying you have too many hammocks? Blasphemy! Really enjoyed your shot selection and the music in the end was perfect. You should change your screen name to Ansel Adams as that last shot was spectacular.

    Enjoy the elevation
