Last poll for Feb Winter Hang Hickory creek wilderness area.

Well Guys got back this evening from a 2° f winter hang along the Hickory Creek trail. This time we went 2.5 miles until we found water. allot of blow downs along the way blisterboy describes as the mine field lol . we managed ok. Now we wanted to find water if the weather was snow. We have all seen the crazy weather lately so cannot plan for one or another so here is what I am going to ask in the poll. Pulk or Pack with snow short distance don't know everyone's ability's and melt snow for water second option will be No snow Pack in to water source 2.5 miles or Third option is to pulk or pack further let me know will post a video tomorrow . Also we need to get a head count of who's coming. I will be marking the tril to the campsite friday with chem sticks and reflective clips for late stragglers.

I vote Feb. 17, !8,& 19. I'll do what everyone else wants cause I can always bring enough water on the sled. Having said that being near a water source is easier than melting snow.
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.
