Paul at AHE my new go-to hero

Just wanted to let anyone who hasn't dealt with Arrowhead Equipment know that this is a wonderful resource for our avocation.

While I don't usually play "cheerleader" for many companies, I want to go on record as saying that my recent experience with AHE was excellent. Paul Gibson freely and generously gave his time, advice and help to me -- a relative hammock newbie. Not only did he answer all of my questions, but he helped me make good decisions for ordering from his web site, and did it in a manner that made me feel welcome and not-so-stupid.

I ordered several items with the caveat that I needed them for an upcoming hike and needed them rather quickly. Just got an email notice that, 2 days later, the items are already being shipped. I assure you that when I need more stuff, this is the company and the guy I'm going to. I'm a loyal customer for good!

Yep! Good place to get stuff from. I own several of their products. Pushed the UQ I own to its limits at our 2nd Annual FL hang. It got down to 28 - 25* that weekend.

I've had good experiences with Paul as well. It seems all the vendors on this forum are great.

I've always had good luck dealing with Paul at AHE. He gets the job done, and can be relied upon to help you out in a crunch.
