    Rainfly from Amazon.com

    I had previously posted this question under the Clark Hammock forums, but perhaps I might have better luck under the weather protection forum;
    I have a Clark North American that has a lot of miles on her, and the stock std. size rain fly is finally shot, but the rest of the hammock is holdin up fairly well.
    Here is the question:
    I want to replace the rain fly with a larger 3 or 4 season fly with good coverage but not too heavy in weight. Perhaps less that a pound.

    Unlike the typical Clark North American setup, I will definitely be hanging it independent of the Clark with a separate ridgeline.
    I have a $100.00 gift card for Amazon that I want to use towards the rainfly.
    Anyone come across a good quality light weight rainfly on Amazon.com?

    Good coveragfe but a bit heavy for backpacking.

    Says Silicone coating, but really cheap for silnylon, so check.

    looks good at 16 oz.

    http://www.amazon.com/ft-10-Ultralig...7370733&sr=1-6

    This is silnylon and lighter, but has grommets which I hate.

    Plenty more if you browse

    Thanks, I was looking at that aquaquest on Amazon, and it looks like a fairly decent rain fly.
    I'll keep looking, but this seems to be the best of the bunch for a Clark.
