wanted to purchase, but can't because it is not available in Australian store, and Apple will not allow me to purchase it in the US store( I can look at it, but not buy it).
Any chance to make it available on the Australian Apple store?

Got the Kindle version for my iPad right when it was available, a long while back. Does the one from the iTunes make me hipper and edgier? I'll go buy a beret...

(Coming from a die-hard windows guy with an iPad and on his third incarnation of the iPhone)

Seriously, great book. On my fourth prebedtime scan-through this week. Always picking up new stuff!

UPDATE: Okay, I added the UK, Netherlands, Canada, Australia. I'll have to say, getting an e-book to the Kindle and Nook is much easier than iTunes! Let me know if I need to add any others. I hope I got the exchange rate right. It looks like the EUR book price is 1.99 EUR. Cool!

UPDATE 2: Looks like I have to fill out and submit a lot of paperwork to sell this book in Canada and Australia in iTunes. I've downloaded the materials, but it's going to be a while before it gets processed (I have to mail it!). I know, this is crazy stupid. I'm working on it!
