Newbie hanger from England.

Hi all, Newbie/virgin hanger here from Yorkshire, UK.
Last year a friend of mine got a Hammock and let me have a lie down in it for all of two minutes. It was comfy, and I may have looked like I was settling in, as he never offered me another go.

That was last year and as we approach this years camping season I've decided I'm hanging this year. if only to stop my friend from lording it up given that that his hammock doubles as a comfy seat.

Whilst doing my research into what hammock to get, I naturally found this forum and all you good people, and after much reading and viewing am now midway through making my first hammock and tarp, wish me luck compadres.

Welcome to the forums. Lots of good info here.
If your not already a member you might want to check out BCUK as there seems to be allot of hangers there that aren't on HF. Their in your part of the world and get together periodically.
