    warbonnet bridge with superfly tarp

    With the possibility of a WB bridge in the works I wonder if the superfly will work well or need to be modified in someway. If I don't wait for WB bridge and go with JRB bridge will superfly work well with the JRB.

    Just got my new DL 1.1 BB and a t-shirt, size XL. I'm 6'-6" tall and about 230 right now and it fits great, to give people a comparison...

    Makes me chuckle...

    We're so used to Brandon, Dutch, Stormcrow et al coming up with new shiney innovative products (and Shug for showing us how it all goes together in the most entertaining ways possible), that as soon as anything new is in the pipeline or has been announced - we're all like rabid dogs frothing at the mouth with sheer excitement!

    Each announcement is met with "Oooh yes, I want one" or "can we have a special XYZ gizmo added to it as well?" or "does it come in XXXXS to XXXXL size?".

    I don't know anywhere else that ideas are given so freely for vendors/hangers to incorporate into their set-ups or anywhere else where customers feel so much part of what's going on in the development side of a business. It's just brilliant! It's like we've always been pals with our cottage vendors and we all greet each other like long-time friends. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help EVERYBODY else - if only the whole planet did that huh?? Honestly, it wouldn't be out of place to find pics of the Dalai Lama lounging in a hammock somewhere in the piney woods in here!

    Man I love this place so much!!

    Two of my girlfriends bought Travel Nets this week from Brandon after they saw mine. The sock will be for next fall...for all of us.

    Agreed amiga...all good things take time. Some spy info would be good though;

    How's it for us "full figured" types (say 275 lbs)?
    Wider for us "full figured" types (say barrel chest and wide shoulders)?
    Or is this yet another hammock for smaller hangers only?
    Will my Incubator work with it?
    ETC...

    I am thinking of a bridge for my Judy (so the weight/size stuff does not apply...wheew, dodged that bullet ) but also would like to be able to borrow it.

    The hammock sock saved my bacon on a recent week long trip to Death Valley. We camped at 7000 feet, as that's where the trees are in Death Valley. The winds were fierce and the first night I froze because even though I had a Shamu underquilt and a PLUQ doubled up, the wind was robbing me of my heat. For the remaining nights, I deployed the wind sock, and slept cozy like a bug in a rug. Great product, easy to use, and when the winds are really howling and it is in the upper 20's at night, a real sleep saver. It is now part of my permanent kit.
