    Finally drank the koolaid

    Hi All

For this season of backpacking and camping, I decided to shelf my tent. I bought a side zip Hennessy hammock with the super shelter. I plan to use the SS, and then in the hammock I will lay on top of a fleece blanket, and the use my 35* sleeping bag as a quilt, with a down vest on, if need be. I am a pretty warm sleeper and hope that this combination will get me down into high 30s range.

    I'm from Missouri.

    Welcome from Florida!
You may want to take a cheap CCF pad (blue ones available at Walmart) for the first couple of trips to make sure that you are a warm sleeper.
