    Mt washington 3 covertable copy

I am looking to make my mtwash3 into a 2/3s quilt. I like the Jacks convertible idea. I figure I will make the cut bw a baffle. Question is: How would I attach the two portion together to use as a full length? Snaps the best or tassels?

    Velcro.
Stitch the areas with two rows, then cut between the stitch lines. That'll keep down lose to a minimum. Add velcro strips to each section, and a new shockcord with cordlocks to gather the "new" 2/3rd quilt so the end seals.
