When I used my DD 3x3 (meters so that is about 10x10 foot) tarp in a diamond mode you need more then two stakes to keep it taught. Sold it and kept my JRB 8x8 (feet duh! )

I'm sure that if you contacted them via e-mail, they'd be happy to accommodate your request. Hennessy has pretty good customer service, in my experience.

    Just a thought.

The Kelty Noah series (9ft and 12 ft.) might work for you.
Several people have modified them to be rectangular.
The Sportsmans Guide Tents from last year ( 12 X 12) have already been mentioned.

My son was using a Funky Forest this past weekend, and I had the Hennessey hex tarp. Had a lot of rain, but it was mainly straight down, no wind.
My son observed that he would have been screwed if there had been much wind, and his tarp on the ground had a lot mor water on it than did mine under the hex tarp.

If your still looking for a large square tarp the guidegears and the keltys will square you away, but if you want it in silnylon the easyest thing I found was Owere tarps. They make ground dwelling tarps in a bunch of different sizes 10x10 11x12 and 12x14. I wouldent expect too much if you are wanting to two stake a tarp that big and you would want a good ridgeline (no 550 cord). Instead that kind of tarp would be good to be set up like a winter tarp or a hex tarp. It really all depends on what your trying to accomplish though.
