    I'm back!

Hi everyone, I'm not normally prone to promotions like this, but I've gotten quite a few questions from people about when I'll be returning from my trip and when I'll be opening up shop again.

I got back yesterday from my 6 week trip through Europe, and I'll be officially opening up shop on Tuesday, July 15th. I'll still be responding to emails, but won't be getting anything out in the mail until at least then.

It's nice to be back and catch up on all of the hammocking news! And waking up at 5AM after being awake for 26 hours is such a wonderful jet lag side effect.

That monster 15x12 cat tarp would look sweet under my bridge hammock.
    Welcome back.

Good to hear from you Brian. I'm sure a few "in need of tarp people" will be glad to know the shop is open again too.
    Keep up the good work.

Thanks all for your comments, I really appreciate them. I hope to get around to possibly get some DIY directions for some smaller products on my site soon, but for now I'm going to be trying to spread some DIY love starting here - no where better to return the favors I have received over the years! Hopefully I can help out some fellow members with any homemade gear questions.

    Welcome back.
I bet it would work a lot better over your bridge hammock.

Indescribable. We started in Rome and then swung up through Munich and Austria, and then through Eastern Europe through Warsaw, then over west through Berlin and Amsterdam to Paris - 13 cities total in 6 weeks. It was phenomenal to see so many different cultures and the economic/political conditions in each of the areas we visited. And it is really nice only needing your passport once! Now if only the dollar could just increase a bit (instead of record lows today) and I would be happy to go back when it's colder, or go for a bit of hiking.

Ah well, a trip well traveled, but now it's time to get back to work. Sort of like a mini thruhike-then-back-to-work depression. At least I get to make cool stuff.
