SOLD: Elusive Cuben inner HG Phoenix UQ

per the weight:

i just received a 65"L x 44"W UQ from HG.
it is built from M50, and has draft collars w/ new suspension.
with 10oz. of 900 down & a 20* rating.
with stuff sack and biners, it weighs 18.2oz.

i suspect raiff's has got to weigh less than advertised, closer to 20???

having had one with a cuben inner at one point... that is one sweet quilt.
if i were in the market.... i think this thread would have been closed by now.

I think everyone is kinda hesitant on pulling the trigger because of the weight discrepancy. I want to buy it, but 20 oz isn't the direction I want to go....

Do yourself a favor:
Calibrate your scale.
Nickels weigh 5 grams.
5 US quarters weigh one ounce.

On cuben weight difference:
Your quilt is roughly 1.5yds x 1.5yds, using 2.25 yards per side. Estimate the weight difference attributable to cuben as 2.25 x cuben weight per yd **2 and 1.1oz per yd**2.

Thanks guys. I will test/calibrate my scale when I get home and get another reading for you. I can tell you that my UQ feels pretty light and is very warm.

So, I just fixed my scale. it was definitely off! The entire package, UQ, suspension, S-Biners, stuff sack) weighs 18 oz. So, just to be clear, 18 oz. Sorry for the confusion.
