    good chance

    70 liters seems to be the exact cut off for the packcover volume. I would say there is a good chance if you maybe don't fill it all the way up, or tie stuff on the outside.

    For 65 liters--I say probably.
    For 70 liters--I say maybe.
    For 75 liters-- I say no.

    I love the eVent Packa too. It is was I use when I hike. I like it better than the cuben for sure. All I have available right now is large. Other sizes on the way.
